Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Cloud Platform Edge team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our Cloud Edge Services, with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and high availability. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, particularly with Golang or Python, complemented by experience in Dev
Ops and cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our services. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure high availability, resiliency, quality, and efficiency of our Cloud Edge Services.
• Develop tools and infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and manage production and
  - production services.
• Optimize delivered solutions for quality, ease of use, reusability, and scalability.
• Enhance our knowledge base with documentation, testing, design details, and operational notes.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile framework.
• Be available for
  - long 24x7
  - call support.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang and/or Python.
• Experience in a Dev
  Ops / SRE / Platform Engineering environment.
• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• 2+ years of
  - on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform.
• Strong commitment to unit and integration testing.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Excellent collaboration skills with remote teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Istio Service Mesh.
• Familiarity with CDN technologies, particularly AWS Cloud
  Front.
• Experience working with Kubernetes Ingress Controllers / API Gateways.
