Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Develop
  - quality, efficient, and scalable software applications using dot NETTechnologies, C#, db (SQL, No
  SQL). (Hands on)
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security best practices are followed.
• Contributing to architectural discussions, system design, and implementing new features and enhancements.
• Providing technical direction and mentorship to the development team, performing code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Designing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures to ensure efficient data retrieval and management.
• Identifying performance bottlenecks in the application and implementing optimizations to enhance system performance.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Incorporate modern engineering standards such as Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and C# conventions and best practices.
• Utilize architectural patterns including Mediator, Repository, Specification, and Unit of Work.
• Develop and integrate scalable RESTful APIs and Webhooks.
• Ensure
  - quality deliverables with automated testing (unit and integration) using x
  Unit, Test
  Containers and other testing frameworks.
• Implement
  - driven and distributed systems leveraging messaging platforms like Kafka.

Agile Methodologies:

• Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily
  - ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure Agile principles and practices are followed to optimize team productivity and project success.

APIs and Microservices:

• Design and implement APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration and scalability of the applications.
• Ensure APIs are
  - documented and adhere to RESTful principles.
• Implement asynchronous communication via Webhooks and message queues to improve system decoupling.

Azure and Cloud Technologies:

• Utilize Azure toolsets and cloud technologies to build, deploy, and manage applications.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Use Cosmos DB (for No
  SQL) for
  - native,
  - performance, and scalable data storage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with at least 10-12 years of
  - on. NET development experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as, dot Netcore, C#, SQL, Java,
• Understanding of frontend technologies like Angular and Flutter would be an added advantage.
• Experience in a leadership or technical lead role is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
