We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join one of our multicultural engineering teams. Your mission is to deliver robust,
- quality code in a continuous delivery environment. You will work within a small,
- functional Agile team to design and ship features and evolve our infrastructure. As a Senior Software Engineer, you are known for quick thinking, rapid learning, and owning problems to resolution. You enjoy solving complex problems while contributing new ideas and techniques to foster continuous improvement. Collaboration is key to finding better ways to deliver quality software in a trusting engineering culture.

Requirements:

• Curious with a growth mindset, passionate about continuous learning, and eager to expand your knowledge and help others do the same.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, including system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• At least five (5) years of experience building and maintaining Saa
  S applications.
• Experience maintaining, building, and optimizing REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark ecosystems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e. g. , Git
  Lab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with AWS.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and product owners to deliver products to users.
• Responsible, organized, and
  - oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Django, Open
  Search/Elasticsearch, Fast
  API, Flask, SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with relational distributed databases (e. g. , Apache HBase).
• Knowledge of Data Lakehouse technologies (e. g. , Apache Iceberg).
• Ability to own loosely defined features from design through to completion and deliver on commitments.
