We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Mobile) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
- quality mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership and mentoring capabilities, driving the architecture and implementation of scalable mobile solutions across i
OS, Android, or cross‑platform frameworks.

• You will work in interdisciplinary teams and use your expertise in modern mobile and other technologies as well as agile software development methods to design, build, and operate

  - lasting digital solutions. While your focus is on mobile, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute across the broader software stack.

  - quality software solutions with a focus on mobile, while contributing across the stack to deliver exceptional user experiences and tangible business value.
• Communication is your strength – to be able to build great software products, you develop a deep understanding of client domains and the requirements in the project. You win, inspire, and motivate your project team and the customers for ideas, and collaborate with your clients as a business partner at eye level.
• You will share your knowledge – by coaching your team members in the development of mobile apps and in the use of agile principles, you will make a significant contribution to the success of a wide range of projects.

What's important to us

• You have several years of hands‑on experience as a software engineer, ideally with a specialization in mobile development.
• You hold a technical degree from a university or school of applied science, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• You have a solid background in Kotlin/Java and enjoy working across different layers of the stack – whether that’s mobile, backend, or full‑stack.
• Experience with Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), or Swift
  UI is a strong plus.
• You bring an engineering mindset and are comfortable contributing beyond pure mobile work when needed.
• You help our customers succeed through the efficient use of modern technologies, tools, and methods – and you stay curious about emerging trends in app and software development.
• You enjoy developing prototypes quickly while keeping the user experience front and center. In close collaboration with customers and other engineers, you work towards the best technical solution with a strong focus on quality.
• You are a strong communicator, have a high drive, and bring a positive mindset to the team.
• You are business fluent in English.
