The Tech
Ops setup is responsible for handling incidents in our production environment as well as making sure our applications are performing and keeping stable operations.

Responsibilities

• Technical support - L3.
• Application responsibility.
• Incident handling.
• Possesses a strong knowledge on relevant
  - and business domains and takes a proactive role in sparring with stakeholders on possible solution designs.
• Education and keeping skills at necessary level.
• Has high responsibility for setting direction, guide colleagues, facilitate solution designs.
• Resource Planning.

Main Requirements

• 5- 8 years of experience in software development with Java.
• 5+ years working with Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL.
• Proactively solution oriented (Nothing is lost in the cracks).
• Always on the ball.
• Displays maturity and loyalty to the processes, organization, and decisions.
• Dares and wants to challenge status quo.
• Keeping cool and taking qualified decisions under pressure.
• Able and willing to mentor and teach others.
• Is very adept at managing own time and priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka.
