Your mission at ]init[ DCP
Know-how in dealing with modern IT solutions and having fun with digital topics are in demand! You would like to become a part of the Quality Assurance Team and support complex websites and specialist procedures? Would you like to take responsibility for quality assurance in the agile or classic process? Then become part of ]init[ Portugal in the role of a Senior Software Tester(all genders) for manual testing and test management.
What there is to do
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in quality assurance and extensive knowledge of test management
- You have experience in the planning, execution and documentation of software tests, including the creation of test cases and test data generation
- You have
- depth knowledge of the use of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Xray for test management - You are experienced in the creation and implementation of test strategies and test concepts as well as the coordination of test resources
- You have experience in monitoring test processes and managing complex test projects
- You have extensive experience in working with agile methods (e. g. Scrum) and in collaborating with
- functional teams - You are keen to actively carry out manual tests and take over test management in your area instead of just managing strategically
- You work in a structured manner, are an excellent communicator and always maintain an overview of multiple test cycles
- You speak excellent English and can work effortlessly in English-speaking project teams
- You have already worked successfully in an international and remote working environment
What you bring along
- You are responsible for the planning, specification and execution of software tests
- You analyze specifications and requirements with regard to their testability and create corresponding test cases and test strategies
- You document and analyze the test results and derive potential for improvement
- You support the creation of test strategies and test concepts and are able to actively implement them
- You are responsible for test management, including the coordination and monitoring of test activities and resource planning
- You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of test plans and the coordinated execution of test cycles
- You work closely with other teams to ensure that the quality and objectives of testing are ensured across all project phases
- Leading and organizing regular test meetings and communicating test progress and issues to all relevant stakeholders
