Your new Role

As a Solution Analyst, Integrations EDI you will:

• Act as a key link between business needs and technology solutions;
• Analyze complex business requirements and existing systems to propose innovative EDI integration improvements;
• Support the Solution Owner in analyzing, designing, configuring, and testing
  -
  - end solutions across multiple applications;
• Build strong knowledge of business processes, system administration, mapping, and interface design;
• Review, analyze and evaluate work from
  - party service providers and provides clear specifications;
• Promote reusable design and avoids unnecessary custom developments;
• Identify system deficiencies and recommends improvements;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and provides effort estimates;
• Write and execute test scripts, oversees quality assurance and validates
  - party solutions;
• Document all solution design and analysis work;
• Manage
  - scale solution changes and collaborates daily with business and IT teams.

The

- day will include design discussions with Havi’s IT staff and business process organization and all partners involved in the solution

This role will be responsible for:

Business Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs;

Solution Evaluation:

• Assess current systems and processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements;
• Provide cost and time estimates;

Solution Design:

• Create solution designs that align with business goals, technical standards, and best practices;

System Integration:

• Coordinate with development teams and vendors to integrate solutions smoothly;
• Support testing and resolve issues;

Documentation:

• Prepare technical documentation, including architecture, specifications, user guides, and training materials;

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful solution adoption;

Project Management/Support:

• Contribute to project planning, estimation, tracking, and risk management;

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed on industry trends and proactively suggest system and process enhancements;

Product Lifecycle Support:

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, markets, and technology teams throughout the product lifecycle (from concept to maintenance).

What you will need to succeed

To succeed as a Solution Analyst, Integrations EDI you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience;
• +5 years of experience in IT Product & Service Development environment;
• +3 years of experience in EDI B2B Integrations, design and development;
• Business process expertise in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Sectors;
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions;
• Solid experience with integration technologies and tools (such as EDI B2B and Axway B2Bi solutions);
• Experience in global and distributed delivery and often in virtual teams;
• Strong understanding of industry integration data formats, protocols and data transformation techniques;
• Capacity to propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges;
• Ability to work with developers in and

  - out outsourced environment;
• Strong planning, organization, interpersonal, analytical,
  - solving and
  - thinking skills;
• Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
