The Role

We are hiring a Senior Solution Analyst O2C to join our Tech
Hub. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing effective technology solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation. Your expertise in information systems and business processes will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and aligning technology solutions with organizational goals. This role requires a strong blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

You will support the solution from implementation and maintenance perspectives. The Senior Solution Analyst will leverage and use the relevant solution technology to enable new HAVI business capabilities. You will need to build a strong working knowledge of existing business processes in your area, including integration aspects (interface design and mappings) with HAVI’s interfaced system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Support solutions from implementation through maintenance.
• Develop knowledge of existing business processes and integration points with HAVI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and teams to drive value.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience with business processes in Logistics or Supply Chain management.
• Experience with the Progress Open
  Edge platform and the ABL programming language is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; fluent in English.
