Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Analyst O2C to join our Tech
Hub. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing effective technology solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation. Your expertise in information systems and business processes will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and aligning technology solutions with organizational goals. This role requires a strong blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

You will support the solution from implementation and maintenance perspectives. The Senior Solution Analyst will leverage and use the relevant solution technology to enable new HAVI business capabilities. You will build a strong working knowledge of existing business processes in your area, including integration aspects (interface design and mappings) with HAVI’s interfaced systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, implement and support information system solutions and integrations.
• Build knowledge of existing business processes and interface design/mappings with HAVI’s systems.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to drive project delivery and value realization.
• Manage multiple projects with good planning and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience in business process knowledge within Logistics or Supply Chain management.
• Experience with the Progress Open
  Edge platform and the ABL programming language is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Team player with experience in Europe and Asia, ideally in virtual teams; strong communication skills in English.
