We are hiring a Senior Solution Analyst, WMS.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Analyst WMS to join our Tech Hub. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions in the WMS space.

You will be responsible to analyse complex business requirements, evaluate existing systems and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of edge WMS solutions within our organization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, evaluating systems and technologies, and proposing innovative WMS solutions to support operational efficiency and growth.

Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a similar role within the IT domain of WMS area. Knowledge of Infor/WMS or similar WMS solutions.
• Proficiency in analysing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
• Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with
  -
  - end business processes, and application configurations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent
  - solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
