The Work

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions in the WMS space. You will analyse complex business requirements, evaluate existing systems and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. The Skills

• Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or similar role within the IT domain of WMS. Knowledge of Infor/WMS or similar WMS solutions.
• Proficiency in analysing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience in business process knowledge within Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
• Understanding of agile methods and processes, and ability to support agile project teams by advising on opportunities, impact, and risks.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with
  -
  - end business processes and application configurations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent
  - solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Effective time management to handle multiple support requests.
