Position: Senior Solution Architect
Location: Venda do Pinheiro (Hybrid 1x a week)
Language : Very good English (C1); German is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture, collaborating with management, architects, and development teams.
Document AS-IS and TO-BE architectures, define strategies, and create roadmaps.
Optimize processes, ensure standards compliance, and maximize business value.
Coach solution architects, facilitate workshops, and support transformation projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Senior Solution Architect experience with Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, and integration architectures.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management (TOGAF a plus) and EAM tools (Lean
IX, Confluence).
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and
- driven mindset.
