What we are looking for: An experienced professional with a passion for
- being, excellence in customer service and a desire to grow within a leading brand in the luxury hotel and spa sector. Responsibilities: - Perform excellent spa treatments (massages, holistic therapies, facial/body treatments, among others); - Ensure personalised,
- standard service in line with the brand's values; - Advise clients on the treatments best suited to their individual needs; - Support and inspire less experienced colleagues, promoting good practices and quality standards; - Contribute to the organisation and smooth running of a modern, sophisticated and growing spa; - Work as part of a team to promote and constantly evolve the spa's wellness offering.

Requisitos :
- Certified training in spa/massage therapies; - Proven experience (min. 3 years) in similar roles, ideally in luxury settings; - Proficiency in various massage techniques and complementary therapies; - Excellent presentation, empathetic communication and professional attitude; - Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage); - Team spirit, proactivity and attention to detail.
