How You’ll Shape Our Story

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement the spare parts warehouse project from scratch.
• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including stock control, replenishment of Field Engineers’ inventories, and returns to suppliers.
• Define and document workflows, processes, and best practices for spare parts handling and logistics.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts in the field to improve First Time Resolution (FTR).

Process Development & Optimization

• Collaborate with Central Warehouse, Operations, and Field teams to optimize stock management and replenishment processes.
• Establish standardized procedures for spare parts handling, storage, and returns.
• Continuously improve warehouse operations, tools, and quality standards to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Technical Expertise

• Select and define appropriate warehouse tools, equipment, and systems for spare parts management.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for field teams.
• Support reporting, documentation, and analysis of spare parts usage and supplier interactions.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, spare parts logistics, or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock replenishment, and supplier management.
• Experience in designing and implementing logistics workflows and operational processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operational, field, and technical teams.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and process optimization skills.
