Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update technical cost tables (maintenance, tires, replacement vehicles) in alignment with internal policies.
• Manage and validate authorization requests for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as tire replacement operations.
• Prepare regular reports and monitor
  - sales activity indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and control vehicle immobilizations and handle customer complaints.
• Verify, reconcile, and process invoicing for
  -
  - contract services.
• Manage operational and financial relationships with suppliers, including payment tracking and deadline compliance.
• Monitor internal and supplier SLAs, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Control Via Verde and Repsol services, ensuring accurate cost processing and usage.
• Maintain updated databases and produce detailed activity reporting.
• Provide support and
  - up to internal clients across all After Sales areas.
• Regularly share relevant information with Accounting and Controlling departments.
• Update work instructions and procedures for the area.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and IT system testing.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Strong expertise in automotive maintenance, cost control, and
  - sales operations, with over 5 years of experience in the sector.
• Proven ability in supplier management, invoice control, and financial accuracy.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting, and strategic process definition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership potential, with a collaborative and
  - oriented mindset.
• High adaptability to technology and experience in IT system testing and process optimization.
• Strong customer focus, commitment to continuous improvement, and accountability in delivering
  - quality service.
