As a Senior Specialist CRM Analyst & Architecture, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions in the CRM domain, ensuring they meet the business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and business processes and formulate solution proposals.
• Support solution architecture design in CRM projects, innovation & initiatives, including creating architecture diagrams, data models, and documentation.
• Be responsible for designing integration architecture using middleware or APIs for all integration scenarios, particularly on‑prem to cloud & cloud‑to‑cloud application integration.
• Contribute to projects as subject matter expert and perform a business analyst role in driving initiatives when necessary.
• Establish best practices and quality benchmarks for solution design, data modeling and architecture.
• Conduct market research and evaluate new CRM technologies/trends to propose & drive adoption where needed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of CRM solution implementation with at least 3 years of architecture design experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment & keep pace with business offerings, technical innovation and market‑driven initiatives.
• Good know‑how about CRM business processes (e. g. , customer journey, sample processes) and relevant technologies (e. g. , MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce), infrastructure, integration architectures, cloud architectures, data architectures and security practices.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Good understanding of overall SDLC processes, tools and technologies (including development tools, testing tools, configuration management and release management tools, e. g. , Azure Dev
  Ops).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & fluency in English.
