As a Senior Specialist of Global Client Engineering, you will play a critical role in our client engineering teams while maintaining a

Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Implement engineering solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements while adhering to best practices and risk management protocols.
- Provide
- on support and guidance for complex technical issues and projects, stepping in when necessary to resolve critical challenges.
Risk Management:
- Work with various teams to help implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues associated with technology implementation and client delivery.
- Adhere to all engineering practices for safety and security standards, maintaining a secure agile environment.
Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management:
- Help cultivate strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives successful outcomes.
- Act as a trusted resource to clients, providing recommendations within reason to security and compliance.
Agile Mindset:
- Help to implement agile methodologies within the engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Decision Making & Recommendations:
- Provide clear,
- driven recommendations for engineering approaches and solutions, balancing innovation with practicality. - Follow best practices and approaches, while remaining open to feedback and alternative perspectives.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication, sharing knowledge, and promoting teamwork.
- Lead and participate in team meetings, ensuring that all members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Mentor and support team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions and effective delivery of projects.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Three years relevant experience in Managed Services oversight of Core Infrastructure.
- At least five years of relevant I/T Systems Administration experience in workstation, client and mobile related Infrastructure.
- Proven experience in a senior engineering or technical role, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
- At least three years in an IT role focusing relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Three years of experience with various Software deployment methodologies.
- Three years relevant experience in Managed Services oversight of Core Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in client engineering.
- Some experience with risk management and implementing secure, agile methodologies.
- Show
- solving skills with a
- on approach to resolving complex technical issues. - SCCM/MECM knowledge, patching and deployment experience, Window Desktop, Policy Management/Design. Knowledge of client management, WINDOWS11, Office 365/Office LTSC.
- Strong skills in deploying, operating, and supporting high quality global infrastructure products & services.
- Experience in working with medium scale SCCM environment with over 30K endpoints.
- Experience with OSD imaging creation, maintenance, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft System Center suite of products (SCCM, SCOM, VM).
- Working Knowledge of modern desktop management including Intune and Autopilot.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory design and Group Policy administration.
- Work with team for optimal Enterprise-wide Software Deployment using Intune, Azure Arc, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Knowledge of core Infrastructure services and functions (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc. ).
- Strong understanding of networking infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN) and protocols (TCP/IP, WINS).
- Experience in working with formal Patch Management and Change Control Systems.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting/Data Warehouse.
- Experience in AI capable automation solutions.
- Strong ITIL and process discipline to ensure compliance within the managed services framework and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent time management, writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to resolve problems in high stress, high visibility situations.
