Part of the HQ support group we are looking for an
Senior Specialist, Commercial Finance HQ COE
This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple countries closely partnering with key stakeholders both at Regional, Global and Corporate level as well as providing financial insight and analytics to support key business decisions.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, he/she will be bringing a financial perspective into supporting the overall strategic and tactical decision making while using smart tools and innovative processes.
Responsibilites
- Monitoring, review and analysis of actual financial results;
- up with regions/markets to ensure
- depth understanding of key business performance drivers - Coordinate the monthly flash sales, actuals commentaries and quarterly P&L outlooks deliverables with markets and regions, ensuring
- quality inputs for the Commercial HQ consolidation prior to submission to Commercial Finance Leadership - Prepare
- quality
- end actuals decks and
- hoc analyses for Senior Leadership - Support the preparation of the quarterly PWC Call review deck
- Support markets and regions through the budgeting, forecasting and LROP processes, in coordination with the central support (CSS team). Provide guidance, coordination and support; perform data validations and drive action for issues resolution
- Coordinate the collection of various deliverables from markets and regions: pricing/sales commentaries, R&Os, expenses commentaries, etc. Ensure timeliness and quality. Support consolidation for Commercial Finance submission to CFS and above market stakeholders
- Prepare presentation decks and
- hoc analyses for the budget/forecast reviews with Senior Leadership - Able to effectively utilize and leverage financial systems to share financial reports / KPIs etc. mastering IT and Business Intelligence solutions
- Actively explore new ways of working within his/her Team in collaboration with stakeholders even outside of finance teams that can drive value for our customers focusing on Business Support / analytics.
- Pursue automated solutions that can speed up execution time by reducing manual efforts for the FP&A Teams.

Required Education, Experience, And Skills
Background Requirements and Qualifications:
- Business Administration / Commerce / Finance related University degree
- MBA or equivalent a plus
- Fluent in English (proficiency level)
Qualifications
- Experienced Finance professional, ability to work and manage in a virtual team setting
- Drives results with proven track record and demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and can work under stressful environment
- Excellent analytical skills, proven track record in project and line responsibilities.
- Business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
- Accustomed to working independently and
- organized - Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong in working with stakeholders across functions and countries
Primary Technical Skills Include But Are Not Limited To
- Organon Financial systems and Enterprise processes deep knowledge as well as experienced user of enterprise planning and forecasting applications
- SAC-P, SAP, EDW experience and strong Excel / Power
