- Support global initiatives like the annual compensation cycle, rewards planning, and M&A due diligence – and help make sure we’re ready for whatever comes next.
- Champion compliance by assisting with audits, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring our reporting is spot‑on across platforms like Workday and Service

- Partner with HR Technology and Comp Operations to explore Workday capabilities and make sure our future compensation program designs are not just smart, but also implementable and sustainable.
- Stay curious by keeping an eye on market trends and external research, helping us evolve our compensation practices and stay ahead of the curve.
- And of course, your colleagues will have your back – because great collaboration always comes full circle.
You…
- 5+ years of experience rocking the world of Compensation Administration – and multi‑national benefits experience is a sweet bonus!
- Fluent in HR tech – Workday and Service
Now are your playgrounds. Extra kudos if you’ve played around with tools like Comp

- Great communicator, especially in English – and if you have another language, even better!
- Thrive in the fast lane – juggling tasks in a dynamic, global, and matrixed environment is totally your thing.
- Know your way around compensation surveys – names like Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and Aon/Radford ring a bell (and maybe even show up in your inbox).
