Join Organon’s newly established Total Rewards Administration Team in Lisbon and become a key player in our mission to deliver impactful, data‑driven compensation solutions across the globe.

The Position

As our first Compensation Administration team member in Lisbon, you’ll be at the forefront of building a world‑class function, partnering closely with our Global and Regional Compensation Business Partners. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Global Reward Administration Leader. Every now and then, you might jump in to help out with regional benefits tasks – and your colleagues will reciprocate.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go‑to Comp Admin expert for our Global Compensation Center of Excellence (Co
  E) team, supporting design and execution of compensation programs that help us attract, reward, and retain top talent.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Total Rewards, and external vendors to keep our compensation operations running smoothly – from coordinating with partners to managing updates, enrollments, and salary changes.
• Deliver insights by completing and submitting compensation and benefits surveys, building dashboards, and conducting ad‑hoc analyses that inform strategic decisions.
• Support global initiatives like the annual compensation cycle, rewards planning, and M&A due diligence.
• Champion compliance by assisting with audits, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring accurate reporting across platforms like Workday and Service

• Handle transactional tasks, respond to employee compensation inquiries, and support recognition programs.
• Partner with HR Technology and Comp Operations to explore Workday capabilities and support future compensation program designs that are implementable and sustainable.
• Stay curious by monitoring market trends and external research to evolve our compensation practices.

• Have 5+ years of experience in Compensation Administration, with multi‑national benefits experience a bonus.
• Speak fluent HR tech – Workday and Service
  Now are your playgrounds. Extra kudos for experience with Comp
  Analyst.
• Love numbers – enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and solving puzzles with precision.
• Are a great communicator, especially in English – additional languages are a plus.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, global, matrixed environment.
• Know compensation surveys – Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon/Radford, etc.
