Key responsibilities in your new role

• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on HR integration activities across multiple projects.
• Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and support the creation of integration playbooks and checklists.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support communication between HR teams, business units, and corporate functions to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor risks and issues, elevate as needed, and support resolution tracking.
• Maintain and update project management tools, templates, and dashboards used by the HR Post-Merger Integration team.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data relevant to integration activities (e. g. , headcount, organizational structures, systems).

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR, project coordination, or Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) support roles.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems, as well as some initial experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) or Post Merger Integration (PMI), would be a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Power
  Point, Word, Excel, Share
  Point).
• Experience supporting global HR projects or integrations, as well as a basic understanding of project and change management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak project phases.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
