Job Description
As a Senior Specialist in Low Code Communications Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the technical development and maintenance of the Corporate Membership Application Tool, a
- code application within the Communications & Public Policy department. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to enhance and refine the existing application, while supporting business processes and collaborating closely with your peers in the Munich headquarters and globally.
Although this role is situated within the communications department, it requires
- depth expertise in
- code development, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment that combines technical innovation with business acumen. As an application owner, you will serve as a technical expert, ensuring the technical stability of the tool, while ensuring seamless processes, information flow, and communication across all stakeholder groups, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the application.
In your new role, you will:
- Be responsible for the technical maintenance, roadmap development, and execution of enhancements for the Corporate Membership Tool, a
- code application (Out
Systems) - Oversee the governance of the Corporate Membership Tool, executing
- related tasks such as annual reviews, data analysis, executive reporting, and driving communication initiatives on tool developments - Oversee the application's stability, performance, and growth, aligning with business objectives, user needs and internal stakeholders from business and IT
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and
- performance Out
Systems applications using agile development methodologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Work in a highly motivated and globally acting team, driving and scaling digitalization topics for communications.

In addition, you are an extrovert team player, with a problem solver and progressive mindset, not afraid to take risks.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software engineering is mandatory
- Further qualifications in Corporate Communications, Media, Communication Sciences, or a similar field is a plus
- Acquired previous experience in low code development (incl. mobile and/or reactive development), strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience with Out
Systems platform & experience in Out
Systems application development and knowledge of the Out
Systems framework components, tools, best practices, and domain driven architectural standards - Knowledge in relational database technologies and SQL and proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Java
Script is a plus - A good command of MS Office tools
- A strong affinity for communication and digitalization, and a quick grasp of complex contexts
- A pragmatic, collaborative,
- oriented working style - Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with
- technical audiences (e. g. , business users) - Fluency in English.
