Overview
The Global Consumer Products & Processing team within Mastercard is seeking Senior Specialist Product Experience Designers to join our growing design practice. This team defines the next generation of consumer products — from everyday payment experiences to innovative digital solutions — helping shape Mastercard’s future growth and impact.
As part of this mission, you will contribute to designing intuitive,
- centered product experiences that deliver value for both customers and end users. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and
- functional partners, gaining
- on exposure to the full design lifecycle: from research and ideation to prototyping and validation.
Role Responsibilities
- Experience Design: Contribute to the creation of intuitive,
- class product experiences by shaping wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life. - Experience Research: Support the design validation process through usability testing, surveys, and feedback analysis, applying
- centered methodologies to uncover insights and guide improvements. - Design System Practice: Apply Mastercard’s design system while contributing to the evolution of scalable component libraries, ensuring consistency across products and adaptability to diverse markets.
- Collaboration & Critique: Take an active role in design critiques, workshops, and reviews, bringing curiosity, fresh thinking, and constructive perspectives that strengthen team output.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with
- functional teams and stakeholders, helping align on design needs and decisions while ensuring timely progress. - Iteration & Delivery: Support the continuous refinement of designs, balancing creativity and precision to meet project goals in a dynamic environment.

- quality designs that clearly communicate ideas. - You have experience working with design systems, applying components and standards to ensure consistency across deliverables.
- You are familiar with usability testing and research methodologies, and eager to apply insights to improve the user experience.
- You are proactive and
- motivated, taking initiative to move work forward and contribute beyond assigned tasks. - You thrive in collaborative environments, welcoming feedback and building strong relationships across disciplines.
- You bring creativity, sharp thinking, and
