The Digital Transformation and Optimization team is part of Consumer Solutions. We optimize payment solutions and drive transaction authorization improvement for digital transactions globally, focusing on being consumer centric in all money flows.

Responsibilities

• Focus on improving Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) customer and product performance.
• Improve customer data quality by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; recommend actions to ABU customers to enhance data quality and interaction with the service, with the goal of increasing approval rates.
• Provide technical sales support and work with internal operations and account teams to resolve
  - impacting production challenges quickly.
• Support internal and external customer inquiries about the product and manage standard ABU monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with internal partners across functional areas to ensure measurable improvements and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and technical skills; ability to learn the account updater service and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration, coordination, and reporting of results to demonstrate measurable impact.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and providing actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of the payment card industry; experience with APIs and bulk/batch file mechanics (preferred).
• Experience with product management, project management, and financial services (preferred).
• Ability to query databases and use business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc. ) to support product needs.
• Ability to work with internal teams (ABU Biz
  Ops, ABU engineering, GFT) to resolve production issues quickly.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (required).
