As a Sales Operations Specialist - German speaker, your primary duty is to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support. You will attend customer meetings and calls while providing operational support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enhance processes by collaborating with
- functional teams at various organizational levels.

In your new role, you will:

1. Be the first point of contact for customer requests and escalate autonomously
2. Attend customer meetings and calls to discuss topics, review service levels, and build relationships
3. Prepare commercial offers with support from the Business Unit and Account Manager
4. Support the Account Manager with RFQ data verification, sales forecast updates, and VPA tracking
5. Process sample requests and support data entry into CRM Dynamics
6. Conduct simple analysis, update reports, and create credit/debit notes in ERP system
7. Prepare data for Volume Price Agreements (VPA), track VPA fulfillment, and adjust backlog for new pricing
8. Send documents to customers on PCN/PD and track open action items
9. Perform basic lead enrichment activities, including verifying contact information and opportunities in Sales, Marketing, and Distribution (SMD)

You are passionate about sales operations, proactive in initiating relationships, and possess a structured,
- driven work style with a strong business mindset. You enjoy taking initiative, keeping the big picture in mind, and motivating your team through a collaborative attitude.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. A University/College degree
2. At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in sales support
3. A
   - oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. The ability to plan work based on general guidelines and make good decisions within standardized processes
5. Fluency in English and German
