• Support the exploration, definition, and implementation of circular economy principles within company operations, products, and services
• Collaborate with teams across R&D, logistics, and production divisions to transform market and regulatory insights into actionable circular economy strategies
• Help manage and align circular economy requirements across various business areas
• Lead or contribute to reporting activities for circular economy and inflow materials according to CSRD and other regulations
• Stay on top of trends, regulations, and best practices in circularity and sustainable development, translating knowledge into impactful actions
• Engage and inspire cross‑functional stakeholders by communicating circular economy and sustainability goals

Your Profile

You are curious, adaptable, and motivated by purpose‑driven work. With a strong commitment to sustainability and the circular economy, you thrive in diverse teams and build bridges across functions and cultures. Your project management skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas, make you a driving force for positive change.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in sustainability, environmental science, business, education, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, with a focus on circular economy, ideally in a large corporation or consultancy
• Experience in the semiconductor or a related tech‑driven industry with strong technical understanding
• Knowledge of industry sustainability regulations and circular economy standards
• Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
