Mobility division. In this role, you’ll provide advanced remote technical support for EV charging systems, helping to drive innovation, improve product reliability, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical support and perform root cause analysis for EV charging systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Support system integration between chargers, vehicles, and backend systems to enhance interoperability and performance.
- Manage technical escalations, maintaining thorough documentation of issues, resolutions, and lessons learned.
- Work closely with product and R&D teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Deliver coaching and feedback to frontline support teams to strengthen first‑contact resolution rates and overall service quality.
Experience & Skills
- Strong foundation in electronics, IT systems, energy technology, or communication networks.

Mobility industry. - Good understanding of charging standards and communication protocols (Type 2, CCS, OCPP).
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a structured and collaborative approach to work.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Alternatively, a completed technical apprenticeship with further qualifications and substantial hands‑on experience.
Technical Support – Italian (Remote in Portugal)
This is a remote position. Candidate profile: Italian‑speaking Technical Support Agent with strong sales orientation, fluency in Italian and English, and experience in technical support. Main responsibilities include remote technical support via chat, phone, and email, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation.
Technical Support – Spanish & English (Lisbon)
Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon. Rotation shift pattern – Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with lunch break. Role: support customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media for a digital drawing tablet and interactive pen display manufacturer. Requirements: native Spanish level, fluent English, 20–30 working‑day training program.
Technical Support – Czech & English (Lisbon)
Workplace: Entrecampos, Lisbon. 40 hours per week, rotational shifts. Role focuses on troubleshooting DNS, Office 365 Directory Synchronization, and Azure AD Connect. Native Czech skills required, fluent English, and experience with relevant tools.
Technical Support – English + Multiple Languages (Portugal)
Location: Lisbon, Porto, or remote throughout Portugal. Expect 1–2 years of IT support, systems administration or security experience and native fluency in one of several languages (Hebrew, Turkish, Hungarian, Czech, etc. ) plus strong English communication. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident analysis, and documentation.
Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist – German (Lisbon)
Hybrid (Lisbon area). Full‑time, rotating shifts. Responsibilities: provide first‑point contact support for EV charging stations, perform diagnostics, escalations, documentation, ‑base contributions and trend analysis. Qualifications: high school diploma, technical training or certifications in IT/electronics/automotive, experience in customer‑facing support, knowledge of EV standards, CRM proficiency, shift flexibility, and native German or Dutch.
Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist – Dutch (Lisbon)
Hybrid (Lisbon area). Full‑time, rotating shifts. Responsibilities include handling calls and tickets for Dutch‑speaking EV customers, diagnostics, escalation, record keeping, and continuous learning. Qualifications: fluent Dutch and English, drive to learn, basic troubleshooting skills, knowledge of EV standards (Type 2, CCS, OCPP), strong communication, and shift readiness.
IT Controls Testing Specialist (Lisbon)
Short‑term assignment with a global manufacturer. Key responsibilities include conducting ITGC testing, detailed SAP HANA control testing, collaborating with stakeholders, and document testing outcomes. Key requirements: proven ITGC testing experience, SAP HANA control expertise, strong IT background, on‑site availability in Lisbon, and start date around 1 October 2025.
