* Systems Administration – Administer Red Hat Linux and Windows Server operating systems across
- premises and
- cloud environments, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and corporate policies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server hardware, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure. * ITIL Service Management – Adhere to ITIL best practices across incident, problem, change, and service request management, ensuring reliable and standardized IT operations. * Security & Compliance – Apply system hardening practices, conduct regular audits, and remediate vulnerabilities in partnership with security teams, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and industry standards. * Collaboration & Innovation – Work with BT colleagues and
- functional teams to integrate new technologies, optimize existing systems, and deliver scalable,
- enabling solutions. * Governance & Documentation – Maintain clear, accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurations to support compliance, operational consistency, and knowledge sharing. * Support & Mentorship – Provide technical support, guidance, and knowledge transfer to team members, platform owners, and other BT stakeholders. **Required Education, Experience, and Skills*** 3 or more years of experience in Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience with Red Hat Linux server administration* Experience with ITIL processes, including change, incident, and problem management – Service
Now experience a plus. * Experience with server virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, etc. )* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and
- technical teams. * Preferred Qualifications* Experience with Windows Server operating systems. * Experience with Cohesity Data Protection Services* Pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally in support of areas like commercial, sales, marketing, or customer engagement. * Proficiency in scripting and automation, including Power
Shell, APIs, and tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar configuration management platforms. * Experience with Nutanix AHV, VMware v
