As part of our mission to empower businesses and people, we are now looking for a Senior SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) to join an ambitious transformation program in the financial services sector.

? What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior SRE profile with a strong focus on IT transformation, coaching, and training. This role requires outstanding communication and influencing skills at an international level ? .

• Languages:

• Technical expertise:
  
  
• Scripting:
  
  Python, YAML, Shell
• Monitoring:
  
  Dynatrace, Nagios
• Operating Systems:
  
  Linux
• Networks:
  
  DNS administration, Firewall, Switch
• Dev
  Ops Tools:
  
  Git & Git Flow, Artifactory, Jenkins or Gitlab CI, Ansible Tower, Digital. Ai Release
• Cloud & Containers:
  
  Kubernetes, Docker, Argo CD, Vault, Helm
• Other competencies:
  
  
• SRE practices in IT production environments
• Problem-solving with an Agile/Dev
  Ops mindset
• End-to-end IT organization knowledge (Development → Operations)
• Technical architecture design and implementation

? Main Responsibilities:

• Train SREs and managers in SRE practices
• Provide daily coaching to SREs:
  
  1:
  
  1 meetings, identifying improvements, supporting solution implementation
• Actively participate in SRE recruitment:
  
  applying tests and providing feedback to managers
• Develop transformation strategies and support plans:
  
  workshops, brainstorming sessions, and creating training materials
• Continuously assess the maturity of implemented practices

This opportunity is based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model.
