We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Staffing Manager with
- on Team Lead experience to join our Talent Excellence Department at Dev. Pro. In this leadership role, you'll oversee strategic hiring initiatives, manage a team of staffing professionals, and serve as the primary liaison between delivery and recruitment. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring staffing or
- functional teams - Strong strategic planning and
- making skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Conflict resolution and expectation management skills
- Experience in process development and continuous improvement
- Ability to analyze staffing metrics and KPIs
- Analytical and
- solving skills - High ownership, accountability, adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Background in IT recruitment, staffing, or HR
- Understanding of labor market trends and staffing risks
- Proficiency with staffing tools, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Key responsibilities and your contribution:
- Maintain structured staffing knowledge for projects and clients
- Act as main contact for customer, delivery, and recruitment teams
- Ensure transparent communication and hiring progress visibility
- Present projects at hiring events, interviews, and offers
- Develop and implement hiring strategies collaboratively
- Prepare internal teams for staffing needs
- Escalate issues and address blockers promptly
- Facilitate meetings like
- offs, interviews, and offers - Onboard and mentor recruiters and technical experts
- Monitor hiring outcomes and suggest improvements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
- Facilitate conflict resolution as needed
