Senior Support Engineer / Team Lead
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT (Development, Support, others)
- Key skills: any programming language, APIs, XML, JSON
- Must have good knowledge of Cloud computing services offered by Microsoft Azure; advantage if they know Seg
Num Cloud - Must have clear Database concepts and scripting
- Knowledge on Incident management (Service
Now or any other ITSM tools) - Good to have knowledge on integration
- Good to have API knowledge
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Fluent in English; French considered a plus

Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra, hybrid
