We are currently looking for a Senior Support Engineer / Team Lead in Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra, hybrid.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT (Development, Support, others).
- Key skills: any programming language, APIs, XML, JSON.
- Must have good knowledge of Cloud computing services offered by either of the cloud providers – Microsoft Azure; added advantage if they know Seg
Num Cloud. - Must have clear database concepts and scripting.
- Knowledge on Incident management (Service
Now or any other ITSM tools). - Good to have knowledge on integration and API knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Fluent in English; French considered a plus.
