Factors but later as well on the HR Administration processes. This will have an impact on all the associates at Bosch as well on the connected systems.
Our team is looking for a Senior Support Specialist for our 2nd level HR IT Employee Central in Success
Factors.
Your contribution to something big:
As Senior Support Specialist in the 2nd level Support HR IT, you will play an important role, by having an umbrella view over the system landscape and data flows, analyzing the issues interacting with further support teams, connecting the right dots, and at the end helping our users in a fast & efficient way. You would assume the following responsibilities:
- Lead 2nd level support activities in Success
Factors in close collaboration with the IT Support team and other connected systems, e. g. all local HR systems; - Run the support (analyze, solve, coordinate with other support teams) in an efficient and customer orientated way;
- Have an umbrella view and knowledge of how systems are connected and how data flows.
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification.
- Experience: Strong experience in Success
Factors especially in Employee Central. Also, 3+ years of experience in IT support. - Knowledge: Knowledge with Success
Factors. - Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory), German is a plus.
- Personality: Strong intercultural competencies, be a
- learner, deal with uncertainty, have a customer orientation and find creative solutions.
