Our team seeks a Senior Support Specialist for our 2nd level HR IT Employee Central support in Success
Factors.
Your contribution to something big:
As Senior Support Specialist in 2nd level HR IT support, you will oversee system landscapes and data flows, analyze issues in collaboration with support teams, connect the dots, and assist users efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading 2nd level support activities for Organization and Position Management in Success
Factors, working closely with IT Support and other connected system support teams. - Managing support operations: analyzing, resolving, and coordinating with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining an overarching view of system connections and data flows.
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in Success
Factors, especially in organization and position management in Employee Central, plus 3+ years in IT support. - Knowledge: Familiarity with Success
Factors. - Languages: Fluent in English (C1 level); German skills are a plus.
- Personality: Strong intercultural skills, quick learner, adaptable to uncertainty,
- focused, and creative
- solver.
