Our team is looking for a Senior Support Specialist for the 2nd level HR IT Employee Central in Success
Factors.
Your contribution to something big:
As Senior Support Specialist in the 2nd level Support HR IT, you will have an umbrella view over the system landscape and data flows, analyze issues in collaboration with other support teams, connect the dots, and help our users in a fast and efficient way. Responsibilities include:

- Lead 2nd level support activities in Success
Factors in close collaboration with the IT Support team and other support members of connected systems, e. g. local HR systems - Run the support (analyze, solve, coordinate with other support teams) in an efficient and
- oriented way - Maintain an umbrella view of how systems are connected and how data flows across the landscape
Your profile
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor-'s Degree in HR or IT-related field or comparable qualification
- Experience: Strong experience in Success
Factors, especially Employee Central; plus 3+ years of IT support experience - Knowledge: Knowledge of Success
Factors - Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory); German is a plus
- Personality: Strong intercultural competencies, fast learner, adaptability in uncertainty, customer orientation, and creative
