Factors and HR Administration. This change impacts all associates at Bosch and connected systems.

Our team is seeking a Senior Support Specialist for our 2nd level HR IT Employee Central in Success
Factors.

Your contribution to something big:

As Senior Support Specialist in 2nd level HR IT support, you will oversee system landscape and data flows, analyze issues, collaborate with support teams, and assist users efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading 2nd level support activities for Organization and Position Management in Success
  Factors, collaborating with IT and other support teams.
• Managing support processes: analyzing, resolving, and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Maintaining an overview of system connections and data flows.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience: Extensive experience in Success
  Factors, especially in Employee Central's organization and position management; 3+ years in IT support.
• Knowledge: Proficiency with Success
  Factors.
• Languages: Fluent in English (C1 level); German is a plus.
• Personality: Intercultural competence, quick learner, adaptable to uncertainty,
  - oriented, creative problem solver.
