Job Description

We recently replaced our Organizational and Position Management with Employee Central to enhance our existing Talent processes in Success
Factors and the HR Administration processes. This change impacts all associates at Bosch and the connected systems.

Our team is looking for a Senior Support Specialist for our 2nd level HR IT Employee Central in Success
Factors.

Your contribution to something big

As a Senior Support Specialist in 2nd level Support HR IT, you will play an important role by overseeing the system landscape and data flows, analyzing issues in collaboration with further support teams, connecting the right dots, and ultimately helping our users in a fast and efficient way. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead 2nd level support activities in Success
  Factors in close collaboration with the IT Support team and other support members of connected systems (e. g. , all local HR systems).
• Run support (analyze, solve, coordinate with other support teams) efficiently and customer‑oriented.
• Maintain an umbrella view and knowledge of how systems are connected and how data flows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT related field or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Strong experience in Success
  Factors, especially Employee Central, and 3+ years in IT support.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Success
  Factors.
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory); German is a plus.
• Personality: Strong intercultural competencies, fast‑learner, able to deal with uncertainty, customer‑oriented, and creative in problem solving.
