Overview

At Bosch we have recently replaced our Organizational and Position Management with Employee Central to gain the benefits for our existing Talent processes in Success
Factors and HR Administration processes. This will impact all associates at Bosch as well as connected systems. We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist for our 2nd level HR IT Employee Central in Success
Factors.

What you will contribute

• Play an important role with an umbrella view over the system landscape and data flows.
• Analyze issues and interact with other support teams to connect the right dots and help users in a fast and efficient way.
• Lead 2nd level support activities in Success
  Factors in close collaboration with the IT Support team and other support members of connected systems (e. g. , local HR systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd level support activities in Success
  Factors in close collaboration with the IT Support team and other support members of connected systems.
• Run the support by analyzing, solving, and coordinating with other support teams in a
  - oriented way.
• Maintain an umbrella view of how systems are connected and how data flows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or IT-related field or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Strong experience in Success
  Factors, especially Employee Central; 3+ years in IT support.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of Success
  Factors.
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken, C1 level mandatory); German is a plus.
• Personal: Strong intercultural competencies, fast learner, adaptable to uncertainty,
  - oriented, and able to find creative solutions.
