We are looking for a skilled Support Specialist to join our Operations team in Vasco da Gama team.

Your role is to provide advanced technical support for healthcare software solutions in Portugal and internationally, with particular focus on Latin America and Middle East.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for clinical software systems.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in critical healthcare environments.

- Manage system integrations using healthcare interoperability standards.

- Work closely with R&D and infrastructure teams.

- Configure, monitor and maintain integrations using Mirth Connect .

- Communicate with international clients and internal teams across different time zones.

🔎 WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Required Skills:

- Experience in advanced technical support or IT operations (preferably in healthcare).

- Strong knowledge of HL7  and FHIR  standards.

- Experience with database query/scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Mirth Connect .

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Fluency in English  (written and spoken).

- Excellent communication skills with both technical and
- technical audiences.

- Willingness to collaborate with international teams and clients.

- Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in hospital systems (HIS, RIS, PACS, etc. ).

- Fluency in Spanish  or strong working proficiency.

- Understanding of clinical workflows and medical data interoperability.

- Experience working in multicultural and distributed teams.

- Proactive attitude and
- focused mindset.
