Right now, we are looking for a Senior System Administrator to integrate our internal team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Server Management:
  
  Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• VMWare Administration:
  
  Manage and optimize VMWare hosts, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Scripting and Automation:
  
  Develop and maintain scripts using Power
  Shell and VBScript to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
• Application Deployment:
  
  Oversee the deployment of applications, ensuring they are correctly installed and configured on servers.
• System Monitoring:
  
  Continuously monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Security Management:
  
  Ensure systems are secure by implementing and maintaining security policies, patches, and updates.
• Documentation:
  
  Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes to ensure knowledge continuity.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to support various IT projects and initiatives.
• Cyber
  Ark Support:
  
  Manage and maintain Cyber
  Ark PAM solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with security standards.

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience in similar functions;
  
  
• Excellent Knowledge of VMWare and Hyper-V
• Microsoft Certified:
  
  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• VMware Certified Professional – VMware Cloud Foundation Administration (VCP-VCF Admin)
• Microsoft Certified:
  
  Power
  Shell (Course AZ-040T00-A:
  
  Automating Administration with Power
  Shell)
• VBScript Training Certification
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• Proven
  - on experience in tasks similar to those required;
  
  
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills with a problem solving mindset, and be able to provide technical leadership to junior members;
  
  
• Ability to readbacktraces and isolate potential problem areas at varying levels of depth and complexity;
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  
  mastery in English and local language (Portuguese).
• Good knowledge and experience in the ITIL model and ITSM tools;
