Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the systems administration team and other internal departments.
• Oversee the execution of backups, environment transitions, and system maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with helpdesks, manage ticketing workflows, and support technical onboarding for team members.
• Handle licensing controls, contract management, and market research for new service providers.
• Ensure that communication between technical and non‑technical teams runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of system administration, software licensing, and IT process management.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure operational consistency.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as SAP, IBM tools, or Linux/Windows environments.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, My
  SQL, or Mongo
  DB.
• Knowledge of Micro
  Strategy, AS400, datacenter operations, or Apache/HTTP services.
• Experience with open‑source environments and enterprise IT infrastructures.
• Previous exposure to backup systems, monitoring tools, or automation platforms.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
