Qualifications

• Must be a “team player” with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Knowledge of backup applications (Veeam, Barracuda, Commvault, etc. )
• Experience with email and spam filtering services (Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc. )
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
• Switching and routing topologies (VLAN, basic routing protocol knowledge)
• Firewall Technologies (Cisco, Forti
  Gate, Palo Alto, etc. )
• Administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory topologies
• In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and SQL Server
• In-depth working knowledge of VMware v
  Sphere 6. 0 and above
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Azure AD / Intune
• Previous Experience in a
  - paced consulting, MSP environment, or System Administrator is a plus
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and implementation of Site-to-Site VPN on Cisco, Palo Alto and Forti
  Gate Platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience in previously supporting managed services customers.
• Experience in Linux Administration
• Experience in IT Security tools such as EDR, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management platforms
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
