Your daily adventures:

- Be responsible and own the full talent acquisition process of new Leapers (engineers) : from sourcing to onboarding .

- Job intake with the business teams to understand the position, culture and values,

- Creating job ads , conduct creative search strategies, active sourcing

- Conducting recruitment events (universities/ job events in Portugal )

- Coordinating & conducting interviews , selection of the best talent

- Assure a stunning LEAP>

- Assist with HR topics in the Leaper ‘s life cycle

Your are :
