As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work remotely in a global team of talented recruiters managing requisitions for
- funding
- up companies, Web3 companies, Biotech, and Enterprises.

What you will do

• Deliver global recruitment services to
  - backed
  - ups through flexible sourcing and headhunting;
• Deal with our existing client portfolio of
  - growth worldwide startup companies;
• Enhance talent acquisition delivery in several countries through effective sourcing strategies;
• Build and nurture your own talent pool and help build the underlying technology to streamline your work.

What we look for

• At least 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or external) of ideally Tech or Business related roles;
• Advanced sourcing capabilities, especially in boolean search;
• International
  - hiring delivery and client handling background;
• Europe and/or US Talent Market
  - depth knowledge;
• Proficiency with Linked
  In Recruiter;
• Native or Professional English level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with demanding,
  - paced work environments.
