Role Purpose
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving

- end recruitment for Europe wise positions across the organization. This role acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring hiring strategies align with organizational goals and talent needs. She/He also drives our KPIs in collaboration with the RPO colleagues and contributes to the key TA initiatives & projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning and talent requirements.
- Advise on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to shape hiring strategies.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, job description refinement, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, diversity goals).
- Use data to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, Linked
In, and direct search for passive candidates through our sourcing team. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future needs.
- Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Represent the company’s EVP and culture in all candidate interactions.
- Provide regular updates to the hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Partner with internal teams (P&C, Rewards, Talent Development) to align on offers and onboarding.
- Co‑lead or contribute to key TA initiatives & projects, including the global employer brand project, hiring manager trainings, internal recruitment process improvements, and more.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition for 7+ years, preferably in a global or matrix organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and direct search.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e. g. , Success
Factors, People
Hub) and recruitment analytics.
