Skills & Experience

- You have minimum 5 y
ears of
- on recruiting experience
– whether from an agency or an
- house environment doesn't matter, your track record does - Direct sourcing, active candidate engagement, and confident interviewing
are part of your core skill set - You think differently
– creatively, strategically, and with a willingness to explore new and unconventional paths - You approach recruiting
with a business
mindset and always
keep the bigger picture
in view - You're a persuasive communicator
and build trust with stakeholders through empathy, clarity, and conviction - You don't just
try out new technologies, tools, and AI solutions
– you apply them effectively and with purpose (e. g.
- pilot, canva, …) - KPIs aren't just numbers to you – you use them
to make smart,
- driven decisions - Fluency in Portuguese,
English and an additional language (German / Italian / Spanish /French)
