, you'll take a key role in strategically evolving how we attract and engage top talent. You'll work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and top management, bringing a holistic view to recruiting and pushing boundaries with fresh ideas. KPIs and

  analyze relevant KPIs, derive actionable measures
  and continuously improve our

• Modern tools, platforms

Skills & Experience

• You have minimum 5 y
  ears of
  - on recruiting experience
  – whether from an agency or an
  - house environment doesn't matter, your track record does
• Direct sourcing, active candidate engagement, and confident interviewing
  are part of your core skill set
• You think differently
  – creatively, strategically, and with a willingness to explore new and unconventional paths
• You approach recruiting
  with a business
  mindset and always
  keep the bigger picture

• You're a persuasive communicator
  and build trust with stakeholders through empathy, clarity, and conviction

  – you apply them effectively and with purpose (e. g.

• Fluency in Portuguese,
  English and an additional language (German / Italian / Spanish /French)
