Job Title: Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing (m/f/diverse)

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing (m/f/diverse) to support our Automotive Finance and Controlling division at our Frankfurt or Hannover locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Evaluation and documentation of restructurings and value chain transformation projects, including transfer of functions and valuation of intangibles.
2. Engaging in discussions with German and foreign tax authorities, especially in defending Continental's transfer pricing during tax audits.
3. Serving as the contact partner for German and international group companies regarding transfer pricing topics.
4. Preparing global and local transfer pricing documentation for the Continental Group (Masterfile, Local File).
5. Conducting data analyses and preparing reports on transfer pricing topics, including FAR and DEMPE analyses.
6. Coordinating and implementing advance pricing agreements and dispute resolution processes worldwide.
7. Reviewing and further developing Continental’s transfer pricing business model and policies.
8. Participating in and advising on other projects relevant to transfer pricing, such as M&A and restructuring projects.

Your profile

The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will have:

• An academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or similar, including graduation as Diplom-Finanzwirt.
• Multiple years of experience in a tax advisory firm,
  - house tax department of multinational companies, or tax authorities, focusing on transfer pricing.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• A
  - solving mindset, commitment, analytical skills, and team spirit.
• Expert knowledge of German and international transfer, tax, and pricing principles is a plus.
