Job description

Join our Corporate Tax Department and embark on a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will contribute to the strategic growth and compliance of a
- growing organization. The tax team at Mantu is dedicated to ensuring the group’s compliance with global tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies, with a strong focus on transfer pricing across multiple jurisdictions.

Your missions

• Oversee and manage transfer pricing documentation for the group’s international entities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Analyze intercompany transactions and support the preparation of transfer pricing studies and reports
• Monitor changes in transfer pricing legislation and assess their impact on the group’s activities
• Advise on the structuring of intercompany transactions to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies
• Support tax audits and provide documentation and analysis related to transfer pricing matters
• Collaborate with external advisors and tax authorities as required
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of transfer pricing processes and reporting tools
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on transfer pricing topics
• Work closely with other departments (Finance, Legal, HR) on
  - functional projects involving transfer pricing

Your profile

• Master’s Degree with a major in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Previous experience (ideally 3+ years) in transfer pricing, tax advisory, or corporate tax within an international environment
• Native in French; Fluent in English; and another language is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power
  Point)
• Experience with Open
  AI or other generative AI tools for process improvement is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented attitude, autonomy, adaptability, and
  - solving mindset
