Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, and analyze financial data, legal documents and other relevant info required for local tax filings, tax audits and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare indirect tax returns (VAT, EC Sales lists, Intrastat, etc. )

- end. - Provide and prepare documents supporting the transactional data audit support and responses as required.
- Advise on ERP system updates according to strategies and policies, aligning with indirect tax changes globally.
- Assist with all tax operational matters and identify any compliance issues. Escalate matters to the Senior Tax Manager for advice and resolution.
- Provide indirect tax and systems training to other internal stakeholders.
- Provide audit support and responses as required.
- Prepare tax reconciliations, including monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations before the return is filed.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tax, accounting, management or equivalent.
- Proven 4–6 years of experience working in Tax, ideally with indirect taxes within a complex and large volume environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fully proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Power
Point, Excel and Outlook. - Knowledge of ERP systems, processes and workflow technology.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of European VAT regulations and requirements.
- Knowledge of other jurisdictions outside EU regulations and requirements.
- Experience working in a similar industry, as well as in a shared service environment.
- Language skills: English (min B2) and other language(s) are a plus.
