We are currently looking for a Senior Tech Lead

Requirements:

1. Lead by example with 6+ years of professional experience in Java
   Script development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities.
2. Apply 3+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, guiding engineering teams through architectural decisions and delivery execution.
3. Architect and maintain scalable backend services using serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability.
4. Experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or AWS).
5. Write clean, efficient, and
   - documented code in Node. js, leveraging both Java
   Script and Type
   Script to support maintainability and team collaboration.
6. Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability.
7. Collaborate closely with
   - functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals.
8. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards.
9. Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability.
10. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next. js to support
   - stack initiatives.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
   Hub Actions, Git
   Lab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation.
3. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure.
