Senior Tech Recruiter – Cloudflare – Lisbon (12‑Month Contract)

About the Role – Our primary focus is attracting top talent and empowering them to excel. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Recruiter for a 12‑month contract to support the growth of our Tech teams. What you'll do:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
- Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with your stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates, championing inclusive processes at every step.
- Creative Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via Linked
In and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for our cybersecurity and network security sales teams. - Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, ideally within a high‑growth tech or Saa
S company. - Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, with a strong preference for experience in the network security or cybersecurity sales domain.
- Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like Linked
In Recruiter. - Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process and helping to build diverse, high‑performing teams.
- Strong influencing skills and a solution‑oriented, results‑driven mindset.
- The ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A highly collaborative nature and the ability to thrive in a team‑based environment.
